Design & Concept:

The design process begins with extensive dialogue between the client and us. We want to know the way you work, your expectations in all aspects of the project, and we want to be able to start sketching out the concepts the client already can see in their imagination. We produce CAD drawings and 3D renders, and once a basic floor plan and key features are developed, we start construction drawings.

CAD Plans & Details:

We work generally in the manner of most architects, and develop a complete and very thorough set of construction documents which can be submitted to contractors, for permitting, and quotes. We are finalizing the finishes of the studios as well as working equipment, wiring, furniture, etc if needed. Great attention is given to the acoustical response of the rooms and how that melds with the finished look.

Construction, Support & Testing:

We can work with vendors, general contractors, other architects, or in many cases, directly with the client themselves. We're available for simple consultation or an entire set of construction plans. Once construction or renovations have started we remain in the process for as much support as is needed, including site visits and additional consultation. When the studio rooms are complete, we'll verify performance, set up monitoring, and test all aspects.
